After nearly half a year of unremitting struggle, a complete set of equipment for a 600-ton-hour granite sandstone production line for customers in Linyi, Shandong has been basically completed, including mainframe equipment, belt conveyors, and the main steel structure of the plant. According to the current progress of the project, it is expected that within one month Can be put into production. After the completion, the annual output of 2 million tons of fine machine sand will not be a problem.
The contract was signed at the beginning of the year. The equipment includes two 600 * 130 vibrating feeders, two PF1520 impact crushers, four 5145 impact crushers, eight 2470 vibrating screens, and twelve 2610 sand washing machines.

First, according to the material and the right machine
The user's raw material is granite, with some weathered rocks and pebbles. Because the raw materials are large or small, if the cone crusher is required to cooperate with multiple models, the number of equipment and the floor area will increase sharply, which is not consistent with the original intention of the user. In view of the fact that the hardness of the user's rock raw materials is not too high, it may be more suitable to use a large counterattack to complete the coarse and medium crushing. Jianye Company put forward this suggestion to users and got full affirmation.
Second, multi-level plastic surgery, focus on quality
The granular shape of the aggregate affects the flowability of the concrete. The excellent granular shape makes mixing and pumping easier, reduces the loss of concrete materials, and also prevents the strength of the concrete from decreasing. Therefore, the mixing plant is willing to purchase higher-quality aggregates at higher prices.
The project uses two types of shaping: counter-breaking and impact-breaking. The shape of the sandstone will be excellent. At the same time, the combined operation of multiple sand washing machines can further improve the quality of sand and gravel. In short, the selected equipment is serving sand and gravel extraction, so that the sand and gravel produced by users can maintain high market competitiveness.
Third, modular crushing and screening, advanced technology
Sand and stone production tasks need to be methodical and thoughtful from the beginning of the design of the production line. The project adopts modular crushing and screening, feeding, coarse crushing, fine crushing, screening, washing, storage, and clear process layout.
4. Integrated production and display, green
This is the user's request, and it is the current trend. The gravel factory that can be visited can not only add points to the sales of gravel, but also an invisible honor. This project is an example of factory-made crushed sand production. Each crushing module is designed with care, and the workshop will also be equipped with dust removal equipment, which can meet the requirements of green environmental protection.
This project is an important step in the construction of fine metallurgy equipment, and the second phase of the project is also under preparation.
